and it’s not “Smokin Jo(e) Frasier” but just as tough! - this “woman for all seasons” provides administrative support to the Regal Call Centre and is also the companies HR Assistant. Jo is studying for her CIPD and combines this with her university degree course. I’m pretty sure she’s a magician as well, I’ve never known anyone that is so competently multi-tasked and completes jobs to such a high standard. Knowing that you have this resource available gives everyone in the call centre the confidence to concentrate on giving great service to the Regal customer.
Our intrepid trainer & developer of the ladies & gentleman in the Regal call-centre. Colette has journeyed through the various departments of Regal and uses her knowledge to ensure that our very high standards of sales & service are maintained. Her experience, ability & charm makes her a firm favourite with our customers and highly respected by her fellow Regal workers and she’s a great cook too!.
You may recall me telling you about scary things, such as our Director of Fish Purchases down at Grimsby Docks. In our sales office we have someone who doesn’t scare easily and that is Emma, a Team Leader in the Regal Call Centre. Emma exists for the sole purpose of ensuring that all Regal customers get the best possible service, the best possible advice and the best quality fish (’cos let me tell you! - just between thee and me; Graham our Director down the docks is no where near as scary as Emma!) she demands that only the best is good enough for Regal customers and aims to deliver that everytime a member of her team calls you.
Hello,
Been a bit tied up of late, everything seems to come at once and not enough hours in the day to get things done! - I can hear you say “and me too!”
So how’s the world been doing lately - from what I see & hear, it has the potential to do better, but we get wrapped up in more of the same. I wonder to myself what sort of world will my grandchildren (if I ever have any) inherit and more importantly what sort of world would I like them to live in.
A world where we don’t have to fish for the truth, it’s just there! A world where we don’t have to trawl the depths of despair, but swim in the brightness. A world where we have natural abundance and don’t have to throw a sprat to catch a mackerel. A world that is Regal in character and deed…
